Payment
All payments must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the agreed session in order to secure your booking. If we do not receive the payment your session time will be re-allocated to someone else. You can pre-pay for your appointments by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict cancellation policy for appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the full rate, less than 24 hours will be charged the full rate. Cancellations can be made by emailing [email protected] or by text or phone call.
Covid-19: Changes To Our Service
Please note that as of March 23rd, 2020, we are now offering online (Zoom) or telephone consultations/sessions only, due to the restrictions in place as a result of Covid-19.
We hope to resume face to face sessions as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.
